Stuart Taylor constantly provided updates to us about our vehicle and went to lengths getting the car for us in the first place. He was very helpful and we are thankful for what he has done.

Only one aspect let the experience down and that was the late arrival of the car. BMW couldn't give an accurate delivery date to Baron's, bit unusual for such a large global company not to have full access to its logistics???

The service can be refined with the small details which make a difference to a customer after a service, i.e. the cleaning of the car (can be done better) and over promising whilst under delivering.
