Cannot speak for any other sales person on the floor but we were pleasantly impressed with Phillip Cuff who sold us the BMW Z4. He was friendly, approachable and helpful when it came to any questions we had.

Dealing with Martin Wright in sales. Being in business myself, my observation is Martin has a high degree of people skills and can make things happen. He is also proactive in dealing with any issues or problems to complete the deal.

Lewis was fantastic. He explained the offers showing us different cars that helped us select the best one. Excellent handover and he spent time going through everything on the car. Followed up after collection to check all was good. Excellent service

Justin took the time to listen to what model and specification brief I was looking for and arranged a test drive on the day to allow me to decide if this was the car . Finance options discussed and purchased a new Series 1 Sports hatchback.

Only one aspect let the experience down and that was the late arrival of the car. BMW couldn't give an accurate delivery date to Baron's, bit unusual for such a large global company not to have full access to its logistics???

Communication was a bit slow. We bought our car and various insurance policies with Group1 and it seems that the paperwork your end want done properly so that the tyre insurance took 2 days to authorise the tyre replacements instead of 1.

They do a good job, the only issue is that the car now thinks it needs a service, but this was done by you in March. May have to pay you a visit to get this reset.

Service when purchasing was good Since then there has been no follow up from the sales team. It's a complicated car that a new customer to electric cars would hugely benefit from a comprehensive handover.

The service can be refined with the small details which make a difference to a customer after a service, i.e. the cleaning of the car (can be done better) and over promising whilst under delivering.

My car failed its MOT due to a ripped tyre, almost certainly caused by a pothole. Would like to thank Darren for getting the tyre ordered and fitted the same day. Saved me a lot of hassle.

Terrible communication during the 2 days the vehicle was on site, work which was authorised was not carried out and explanation of issues was very vague. When told I would get a call back with an update this didnt happen.

I had received an email saying that I would be given a 30% discount on parts as my car was over 7 years old, but this was not applied to my bill. Also both rear tyre tread depths given on the health check form were different to those shown on video.
